Outplacement Programs for Groups

Where numbers of individuals are being retrenched from the one organisation, a group program is often the most effective way to deliver outplacement. Part of the program is delivered on a one-on-one individual basis and the rest is delivered via group-based training. Both the individual and group components take place over video. For the best results we recommend that each group has no more than 10 participants.
